We are a small hobby kennel located in South Central Wisconsin. Here at Entwalden German Shepherds all our dogs are raised in the home as part of the family, with our children.
It is my goal to only produce quality, healthy, vibrant and sound puppies that have excellent character, structure and drive that would make them suitable for a variety of working endeavors or just a cherished member of the family!
Terence and I are both actively invovled in schutzhund with our dogs and we are both members of United Schutzhund Clubs of America, where Terence is also a certified helper. Terence also lays all the foundation work for our dogs. We are also actively training our dogs in the area of HRD (human remains detection), I have been on searches with my dog being used as a secondary dog and have also acted as field support during searches. I feel that there is a huge need right now for this kind of dog and the closure that we could potentially bring to a family would be immeasurable.
Terence also works with the MPD K9 unit as a decoy, and he has also worked with K9's from other departments that have attended MPD's training sessions.
